Pecan Pie Bars 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar 1 cup cold butter or margarine 1 (14 oz) can Eagle brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk) 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla 1 cup pecans (chopped) 1 (6 oz) package of brickle or toffee chips Preheat oven to 350 (325 for glass dish). In medium bowl, combine four and sugar; cut in butter until crumbly. Press firmly on bottom of 13 x 9 pan. Bake 15 minutes. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk, egg and vanilla. Stir in chips and pecans. Spread evenly over crust. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown. Coll. Cut into bars. Store covered in refrigerator. To go back to
