My name is John and welcome to my castle. In days of old, domains were owned by lords of great wealth and power. Everyone in the land owed his/her allegiance to their lord. Each lord had at his side men of great courage called knights. These were men of strength, courage, skill, integrity, honor, and loyalty. These men were, on sworn oath, loyal to their king.
Although times have changed, I submit to you that to this very day, everyone in the land has his/her loyalty sworn to their lord or king. It may be a person, thing, or idea but we all have one. Who is the "lord" or "king" of your life?
I have sworn my loyalty to my King and His Kingdom which is not of this world. Perhaps you have heard of Him. His name is Jesus of Nazareth. I cannot force you to serve Him but understand one thing, He is my King. I am not just His servant but adopted into His royal family. You need to also know that the king you serve will be totally and utterly destroyed along with all those who serve him. Think about it. Many are being added daily to the ranks in the service of my King. Come join us.
